FH5 sound doesn't seem right.

I based this on the FH6's transmissions, but the FH5 seems to have a different sound bank, I can't hear the retarder. The FH6's sound bank seems to be derived from the FH4's sound bank.

May need to refactor the sound approach altogether.

Not an issue - turns out my FH5's engine sound is just so ridiculously loud that I couldn't hear the retarder except at high speed.
